We invest in profitable and cash generative companies with strong positions in growing markets, good pricing power and repeat business and defensive characteristics.

Transaction profile

We typically invest between £1m and £20m of equity in UK companies with enterprise values of £5m to £50m, supporting management buyout, growth, shareholder restructuring, money-out or acquisition.

Target sectors

We have a generalist approach but proactively seek buy and build and roll-out opportunities in healthcare, leisure, retail, IT and outsourcing.
