Phoenix Learning & Care appoints Graham Baker as Chairman

I am delighted to announce that we have appointed Graham Baker as Chairman of Phoenix Learning & Care.  Graham has over 30 years of experience in care and education – he was formerly Executive Chairman of Aurora, CEO of Outcomes First, CEO of Options, CEO of Focus Healthcare, Deputy Group CEO of Advantage Healthcare and Group CFO of Apta Healthcare.  He is currently Chairman of Greenleaf, Swanton Care, Treehouse Educare, CFS Care and Care Perspectives and former Chairman of Targeted Provision.  He is very well regarded and has a proven track record of building shareholder value, including in multiple private equity backed companies.
