Ashridge Capital generates 2x return on the sale of Complete IT to Sharp of Japan

Ashridge Capital has generated a 2x return on the sale of Complete I.T. to Sharp Business Systems UK Ltd, a subsidiary of Sharp of Japan.

Complete I.T. has over 25 years’ experience providing a wide range of market leading IT support services and cloud solutions. It was recently awarded ‘Managed Service Provider of the Year’ by CompTIA, and named as one of the world’s most elite managed service providers in Channel Futures MSP Worldwide 501 rankings, proudly ranking second in the UK. A fast growing business, Complete I.T. has 170 people spread over a network of five offices across the South of England in High Wycombe, Swindon, Bristol, London and Peterborough.

Ashridge Capital invested in Complete I.T. in 2015 and has worked closely with the management team to grow the business organically and through three complementary acquisitions.
