Ashridge Capital invests further growth capital in Oakman Inns

Ashridge Capital has invested further growth capital in Oakman Inns & Restaurants, to fund the continued roll-out of new sites.  Following Ashridge’s initial investment in August 2013, Oakman has expanded from 7 to 14 sites and has a strong pipeline of future sites.  Oakman has won numerous awards for its food and site designs.

Oakman focuses on affluent South East towns which are less affected by recession and where demand for eating out is buoyant.  The concept is proven in different types of sites, including a former coaching inn, pub, restaurant, post office, office and newsagents.  Oakman is pursuing both leasehold and freehold venues.
