Ashridge Capital provides further growth capital to Phoenix Learning & Care

Following the MBO of Phoenix Learning & Care in March 2012, Ashridge Capital has provided further growth capital to fund the roll-out of new sites.

Phoenix owns and operates secondary schools, further education colleges and related children’s homes for special needs young people, with a focus on emotional, behavioural, social and learning difficulties. It is based in Barnstaple, Devon and has locations in Devon, Cornwall and Somerset. The company has grown significantly through rolling-out new sites and acquiring complementary sites and businesses.
